ERIC SALM

President and COO

Eric holds a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D in bioengineering and biomedical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Concurrently serving as CEO of CoVigilance Solutions, Eric previously consulted for Boston Consulting Group in Washington, D.C., specializing in pharmaceuticals. He has extensive experience in business strategy, marketing and sales, organizational design, and global operations optimization.

As a scientist, Eric’s research focused on expanding the functionality of field effect transistors for bio-sensing applications. During his time at Illinois, he also collaborated with industry leaders Abbott Diagnostics and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing to further his knowledge of commercial bio-sensor development.

Eric lives in Madison with his wife, Lauren. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, playing and watching soccer, and is an avid car enthusiast.
